Jelgava palace is the largest baroque style palace in the Baltic states (but has more modest interiors than Rundāle palace and doesn't have a royal garden). It was built in 1772, designed by the same architect as Rundale - Bartolomeo Rastrelli. In everyday, Jelgava palace functions as the Agriculture University of Latvia.
