Sietiniezis is a white sandstone formation high above Gauja river shore in Latvia. Sietiniezis has an interesting cliff shapes and could be partially compared with Czech Paradise ("Česky raj") sandstone cliffs, though, of course it's smaller

- Sietiniezis height doesn't reach above 15 metres. Sietiniezis has beautiful, white color - it consists of quartz sand (one of the theories are, that they are formed in time when there was a tropical weather conditions in Latvia).
The cliff is interesting also with the small holes in it made by the bees - thus also it's name (in Latvian it means "the cliff of strainer"). There is built a tourist path alongside the cliff which allows rather easy access to it.
